3BR/2BA Summer Beach Condo just steps to the pool and the beach!

Clean and comfortable, spacious ground floor condo located in the 
very private gated comunity at the Summer Beach Resort. Unit has 
been completely redecorated. This non-smoking condo is located in a
excellent location - the living area opens to covered patio directly 
onto a resident only pool. To your right over a grassy lawn is the 
boardwalk to the beach.

Fully-equipped kitchen with many extras. Gas grill, patio set 
and all linens. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, 
Second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has two twin beds. 
Family room, Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom are all equipped with 
TV/VCR/DVD/Stero/Radio and Wireless internet access.

Amelia Island Guest Guide provided offering tips on area 
restaurants,local activities and attractions.

Summer Beach is a gated community located ocean side on Amelia 
Island, minutes from the Ritz Carlton. It is 30 minutes from 
Jacksonville's airport, 10 minutes from historic downtown Fernandina 
full of quaint shops and restaurants, Hiking, Horseback riding, Golf,
Tennis, Fishing, Boating Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing and Swimming.
