climb - the living area opens to covered patio directly onto a resident only pool. To your right over a grassy lawn is the boardwalk to the beach.

Unit has been completely renovated and redecorated. New fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, new tiled and new fixtures bathrooms.  The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV/DVD, second bedroom has a queen bed with TV/DVD and third bedroom has two twin beds. New Tommy Hillfinger bedding and high thread count linens. Family room, equipped with TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo/Radio and Wireless internet access.

Located approximately 30 minutes from Jacksonville's airport, 10 minutes from historic downtown Fernandina Beach which is full of quaint shops and restaurants.  Activities available are hiking, horseback riding, golf, tennis, fishing, boating, shopping, charming restaurants, sightseeing
and swimming.
