This bright and airy loft apartment, custom built for the owner, sits atop the rear of a two bedroom rental home. It is the 5th home off the beach (a mere 250 feet), and on a one-block long street which ends at the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. You enter this unit upstairs from your own large private deck, which has a water view and is complete with table and chairs, umbrella, loungers, and a gas grill.   It is an ideal spot for tanning, outdoor dining and get-togethers, and simply enjoying the sunset and gulf breezes.

The unit is approximately 500 square feet.  It sits atop the rear of the two-bedroom house, which sleeps five, and is shown here on vacationrentals. Property #16440.

The unit is very warm and welcoming, decorated in the subtle tones of sands and surf.  The open floor plan features a queen sized bed, dining table for four, a sitting area, walk-in closet and a fully functional kitchen.  It is outfitted with plenty of dishes, utensils, linens, accessories and small appliances.  As it was designed for two persons, there is no dishwasher. 

Wireless internet service (WiFi), use of the washer/dryer, TV with cable and DVD player, stereo with CD player, beach chairs, alarm clock, linens and towels, are all included.  Just bring your vacation clothes, relax and enjoy.  Off-street parking is available for one vehicle in front of the house.

There are so many things to do on Clearwater Beach, you name it, we've got it.  Frequent volleyball and other tournaments and contests are held here,  and many restaurants and bars feature live music by day and night.  Our restaurants have an exceptional assortment of fresh seafood, as the docks are located nearby.There are several golf courses nearby.   For the family, the Clearwater Aquarium, miniature golf courses, street festivals, activities on the Pier, and more are held on a regular basis.  Splash Island Water Park is just down the coast on St. Petersburg's beach.  Major attractions in Tampa are the Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, just to name a few.  Within two hours you can get to everything in Orlando:  Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Theme Parks and more.   

The beach at the end of the block is the best, with fine, white sand and the dining and sightseeing are exceptional. This portion of Clearwater Beach is approximately 1/2 of a mile away from the mainstream of activities and while its a pleasant walk to those activities it is just far enough away so that you can enjoy more peace and quiet than if you were there in the middle. The
block is a residential block and has a community feel.

Feb 23 - April 20, 2013 .. $850/week

The above rates are for 2 persons. Extra person charge (if accepted) is an additional $75 fee/week. 
Non-Refundable Deposit of $300.00 required to reserve a reservation. Bookings not confirmed until funds are received.
Balance due 21 days prior to arrival. Please inquire about cancellation policy.
In addition a refundable security deposit in the amount of $300 is added to all rentals.
Cleaning fee is $50.00. If pets are involved its an additional $50.
Taxes are 12%
