This charming condo located directly across from the "World's Safest Beach" (named for its natural reef breakwater and absence of riptides) is ideal for families, couples and friends. It features a spacious living area, serene ocean views and refreshing ocean breezes, and can accommodate up to six people with two bedrooms and two baths. The condo is on the second floor and faces the beach from the living room (partial ocean views) and has mountain views from the kitchen.

The condo community also offers outdoor pools and a whirlpool spa where you can take a dip after a day of swimming, sunning, surfing or kayaking. Both pools are  heated and one is shallow for kids of all ages. The community is conveniently located near Farmer's Market, bird watching and walking in Salt Marsh Park, beaches, shopping and dining on Santa Claus Lane, the breathtaking views of the Carpinteria Bluffs, a bike trail, Tar Pits, the Harbor Seal Preserve and Rookery, the Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals' Sandyland Beach Retreat provides everything you need to enjoy all that beautiful Carpinteria has to offer.
