covered carport parking for two vehicles finished with beautiful
porcelain tile throughout. For relaxation we provide two hammocks.
The second floor boasts a balcony which extends the full width of
the home and a great room with vaulted ceilings which is
complemented by a gourmet kitchen and dining area. Off of the
greatroom you will find the comfortable master suite which has a
very large walk-in closet, a spacious private bath with double sinks
and a combination jacuzzi tub with shower. Additionally you have two
spacious bedrooms with wall to wall closets and a comfortable full
bath. For your convenience a laundry closet is located in the
bedroom area upstairs.
There is a 60' seawall which will accomodate a boat of up to 24' in
water. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock.
There is also a private boat ramp and the most exquisite
private sandy beach with coconut palms and Tiki huts to lounge or
to watch the famous Florida Keys sunsets. Port Antigua is one
of the few residential communities in the Keys where residents have
their own private beach. Concrete benches and Bar-B-Cues

Islamorada is the Sportfishing capital of the world, therefore
fishing and diving adventures in the Ocean or Bayside are only a few
minutes away. There are many charter boats which offer big game
fishing and or backcountry fishing and diving adventures.
There are tennis courts close by, great restaurants and the world
famous Holiday Isle marina home of the famous "Tiki Bar" which has
nightly entertainment.
