This home is in a quiet neighborhood located between Route 27 and Interstate 4 at the Champions Gates, Exit No. 58 in Central Florida.  The three bedroom home is a 20 minute drive to the Disney Theme Parks,  Universal Studio Park, and Sea World.  The master bedroom suite is provided with a queen bed and a private bath.  The second bedroom is provided with a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.  There are three full bathrooms provided in rental home. The swimming pool is surrounded with a framed screen enclosure.  The private solar heated swimming pool is surrounded with a comfortable pool setting area provided with 2 reclining lounge chairs, and a setting consisting of a table and chairs.  The home has a fully equipped kitchen area including all necessary cooking utensils, and serving dishes.  The home is provided with a washer and dryer, towels, and bed linens.  The home has three newly installed flat screen televisions, free WI-FI internet service, cable TV, VCR and CD and free telephone service local, long distance to Canada, and Puerto Rico.  Any questions concerning the rental can be answered by e-mail, calling the listed home or cell phone numbers. 

Note:  This home is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.  The rental has a security motion camera located in the driveway in the front of the house.
