of the water". A fabulous, private location to have evening
cocktails or sun bathe for the day. The views will relax and soothe
you. Maybe even stay out there for dinner.In the evening you can
retire to the large screened porch where you can play games or read
a good book or just take a snooze! You don't miss a thing from here
because you are looking right out to the lake only 40 feet away!
Sebago Lake offers fabulous fishing, boating, swimming and numerous
other summer activities. Bring your boat or canoe and enjoy long
summer days on the lake. There is a mooring available for your use
(at your own risk) or pull up on your private beach.
No smoking is allowed in the cottage. One pet, dog or cat, is
allowed for an additional non-refundable $300 pet fee, per pet per week. New water well
installed in 2008!

$85.00 Cleaning Fee and 7% Maine tax added to rental fee.
$300 Non-refundable pet fee per week, per pet if you bring a pet (dog or cat only).
If tenant cancels after receipt of deposit, prior to 90 days before
arrival, all money will be returned minus a $200 processing fee.
In the event of a cancellation within 90 days or less before
arrival, the tenant forfeits the full rental fee.
