Charming, Darling Home in Port Charlotte

Charming well kept home. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with an entertaintment room for extra seating.  Carport with extra parking for boat / camper, fans throughout, terrazzo flooring, newly furnished kitchen with granite counter tops and built in microwave.  We have tried to include everything you would need for your stay, including pots, pans and dinnerware as well as towels and bed linens.  There are also beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler.  Yes, all the comforts of home with washer/dryer, central ac/heating.  The home is furnished to a high standard of living, 2 tv's 32" & 46" 2 DVD with full satellite.  *Secure Wireless Internet*.  There is a delightful small screened patio for you to enjoy the back yard which is completely fenced, recently professionally landscaped, with a 4 tier fountain.

Everything and more is included, kitchen service, towels, bedding, washer/dryer, etc.  So just bring all your belongings, unpack, relax, lay back and enjoy your vacation.

We provide a 'starter pack' that includes a 6-pack of toilet and facial tissue's, kitchen paper products, laundry detergent, body - hand soap and dish soap.  Cleaning supplies - garbage bags.

Home does not have Land-phone service.  If you need this service, you can arrange it from the local company.

Your lovely pet (under 20 pounds) is welcomed.  You must obtain prior approval.

As the owner of this charming property, I pride myself in keeping this home in near perfect condition.  The home is on a corner plot with lots of privacy.  As the pictures show, the yard is professionally landscaped and well kept.  The interior is lovely with high-end furnishing with quality matresses and bedding.  This is definite NOT a "budget type" accommodation home.  I expect the renter's to enjoy and use it is if it was their own.  I will be available to answer any request you might have.   

For those who enjoy to golf a complete set of clubs is yours to use.  The "County Golf Club" is just 1 mile from the house on the same avenue.  

Our community has two major hospitals just within 2 miles from the home.  Port Charlotte is the mecca of medical care.  Just two miles is our senior's Cultural Center, a place that has everything for seniors, dancing, games, eating facilities plus treasures to purchase.  The library and the performing arts center (live theater) is on the same property.  

The house is located close to highway (I-75), shopping mall, restaurants, 5 miles to down town Punta Gorda and Fisherman's Village.

Port Charlotte offers: 

Port Charlotte Beach Complex is just 4 miles away.  Picnic area's, fishing, tennis courts, heated public swimming, horse shoe and kayak rentals.  These activities are available year-round.

Our waterways include many activites, marina's and ramps for your water sports.  County brochures will direct you to many of the fun activities including site tours, cruses, deep sea fishing and special events.   

Port Charlotte has something for everyone...it provides not only the best fishing but also nature trails. hunting, camping and "bingo" for those who just want to sit.

In our newly re-furbished sport stadium enjoy and watch the Charlotte Stone Crab's baseball games and the Tampa Bay Rays during spring training season. 

Minimum Stay - 1 Week

Check In:   2 p.m. -  Check out:  10 a.m.

Rental Rates:  $375  / weekly     $1200 / monthly 

Deposits:   Rufundable security deposit of $100-$300.  Half (rental) payment due with signed lease.  Remainder due 45 days prior to occupancy.  A resonable deposit of 10% will be due to hold a booking prior to signing a lease.  The deposit is non-refundable. In some cases, this may not apply.  

Other fees: Pet fee- $75-$100 (non-refundable). $75 cleaning fee for normal clean up. 

Lease Fees are based on occupancy by two tenets.  Guests require prior approval and may incur an additional fee for extented stay. * Reasonable use of utilities - per County Utility rates.
