Beautiful, well located mid-town 1BR, 1BA condo on 36th Street.  Just steps to the beach.  Also, a short walk to Convention Center, clubs, mini-golf, restaurants and shopping.  Park the car and take the bus everywhere - bus pickup in front ($3 ride all day, or $1 per ride).

Sleeps 4/5 (1 queen bed, one queen sofa sleeper, one full size futon)

All you bring are beach gear, linens, toiletries and personal items.

There is no lack of things to do in Ocean City - so your vacation can be as active or relaxed as you like.  This thriving ocean resort town offers fabulous beaches, recreation and shopping.

Stroll the  famous boardwalk with lots of entertainment starting from inlet to 28 street.

For bargain hunters the Rehoboth Factory Outlet stores are about 30 minutes north (no taxes...).

For nature lovers, consider visiting Assateague Island to watch the wild horses in the their natural habitat.  Boat tours of the bay run most every day.

Horse racing and a casino are available at Ocean Downs, which is located at Ocean Pines - a 10-min drive.

We rent on a mini-week schedule only (Friday-thru-Monday or Monday-thru-Fri)

Two consecutive mini-weeks equal one full week.

Check-in is @ 3:00 p.m.

Check-out @ 11:00 a.m.

Rates include all taxes, etc; however, a cleaning fee of $50 may be charged if the apartment is not left in the same condition as it was found.

A security deposit is required - fully refundable at time of satisfactory check-out.

To reserve we accept 30% deposit via PayPal, cashier check or money order. Only cash at time of key consignment.

Great condo, great location

I found this rental on line and have never booked a vacation like this, so I was a little skeptical about the experience I would have and the quality of the property I would be renting. But I was in for a great surprise. The condo was bigger and nicer than it looked in the pictures. All of the rooms were very spacious and clean and the full kitchen and washer/dryer is a huge plus. We saved lots of money being able to keep food there and cook there as well. At the end of the block one way is the entrance to the beach which was SO close. The beach was clean and not crowded when we went around 9:30-10am. At the end of the block the other way was a bus stop which took you up and down the main strip for $1 a ride. So convenient, I never had to move my car. And having a spot come with the rental was an added bonus as well. The balcony was great to have to sit and relax after coming back from the beach. The location was central to everything as well. About 8 blocks from the start of the boardwalk and lots of shops and places to eat withing a short bus ride or walk from the condo. I would definitely go back here again and use the same property. The owners were very nice and helpful as well. Great find!!!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Beauty At The Beach

My family & I had a wonderful mini week in Ocean City, MD, even tho' Mother Nature hit us w/ a hurricane at the end of out week. We were wonderfully close to the beach, w/ a nice view. My nephew, age 10, said who wouldn't want to enjoy this beutiful sunset.....that we had daily from out balcony. Our rental contact was wonderful, & in spite of the hurricane cutting our visit a day short, we had a memorable vacation. The property was clean & well maintained. The location was great. Near the beach w/ no st's to cross. Amusements nearby & restaurants.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car
