Vacation Rental Rates

Annual Lease Rate: $2550.00/mo x 12months
   
$3,400.00/Monthly
$1,350.00/Weekly

CHECK OUT last minute deals up to 20% off on weekly rentals if
available. Cleaning fee plus damage deposit is additional.  Last
minute deals defined as booking dates within 21 days or sooner.

There is a $100.00 departure cleaning fee paid at check-in
$200.00 Refundable Damage Deposit


Reservation Process:
50% of total amount is due, along with signed rules and
rental agreement, within 7 calendar days of booking to secure unit. 
Final 50% of total is due and paid 21 days prior to occupancy date.

Deposit is not credited toward rental, but refundable within 14 days
of your departure, after satisfactory inspection of unit.
