Minnetonka Cape Cod Vintage Charmer with classic features throughout. First floor includes a large living room with wood burning fireplace, center hall with mahogany stairs, formal dining room, bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, several closets and entry rooms, antiques and leather furniture. The first floor also has a bedroom with a mahogany four poster bed, an archway to an adjacent sun room with a leather sofa, an antique English armoire, French doors to the backyard gardens and folding doors to the living room. The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen features a newer side by side refrigerator with ice and water, stove with convection oven, dishwasher, disposal, Corian counter tops with marble back splashes, etc. Lower level includes a new bedroom with a trundle bed with 2 twins, a large closet, an egress picture window and its own thermostat, a bathroom with marble shower and family room with a full sleeper futon plus a single futon, knotty pine ceilings, cable tv, etc. The second floor includes 2 bedrooms, all of which have antique desks, and a full bathroom with new granite topped vanity.
