WINTER 2014 SEASON SPECIAL:
Monthly rental rate: $2,800 per month (3-months minimum stay). Rates for stays greater than 3 months are negotiable.
Nightly rates offerred in combination with weekly or monthly rentals, subject to availability.
*Rates are subject to change until confirmed. A 50% payment of the rental fees is required to confirm a reservations. The balance plus $75 (1 week or less stay) or $100 (greater than 1 week stay) exit cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes and a $500 security deposit are due 21-days prior to arrival.
Check in beginning 4 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m.
*Cancellations are refundable only if we are able to re-rent the property during the leased period. A $300 cancellation fee will be subtracted from the amount of money we are able to recover for re-renting all or part of the contracted rental period. We recommend travel insurance to avoid penalties for cancellation.
