This single story home is nestled in the heart of the prestigious Foothills of the Catalina Mountains, just below Skyline Country Club, with full, unobstructed views of the mountains from the private patio and all rooms in the home that will take your breath away.  The home is located between Vantana Canyon Resort and La Paloma Resort, and is in the most desirable and private location within the community.  The home is roomy, spacious and is approximately 1300 square feet.  There is an assigned covered parking space located near the property. 

Photos of the mountains are a direct view from the private pateo.  The property provides complete privacy, peace and quiet.  The home is immaculate and beautifully appointed with new furniture, decor and linens to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.  

The kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances, beautiful marble countertops and  maple cabinets. It is fully-equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs.  Separate dining area.  Wood burning fireplace in the living room.  Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. 

Large bedrooms (guest room is nearly the size of the master) with walk-in closets.  The master bedroom has a sliding glass door with access to the patio, and both bedrooms have a beautiful view of the Catalina Mountains. The master bath has a large vanity area with double sinks, and tiled shower over tub.  Guest bath has a single vanity with a large, tiled, walk-in shower.  Hair dryers and linens are provided in both baths.   

The guest room includes a computer, printer, Internet, and WiFi.  A built-in desk with cabinets is located in the hallway for additional workspace. 

TVs with Direct TV and DVD players are located in the living room and both bedrooms, with a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.  A stereo is located in the living room.

The private patio has a table and chairs, as well as a charcoal barbeque with utensils.

The home is professionally cleaned prior to the arrival of guests.  I initially provide basic cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc.  A vacuum, mop and broom are provided.  The rent includes all utilities:  water, garbage, electric, Internet, WiFi, telephone with unlimited long distance and Direct TV.  

I relocated to Tucson from San Jose, California seven years ago, purchased the home and lived in it for a few years.  I cannot describle how much I loved living in the home.  Pride of ownership is seen as soon as the front door is opened.

Comparable properties are renting for over $2,400.00 per month.  I am able to offer a lower rate by managing the property myself, which I very much enjoy.  Guests have told me that the property is immaculate and the pictures on this website do not do it justice.  Please take a moment to read the reviews of the property on the website.  All of my guests have had a very enjoyable stay, and some make a reservation a year or two in advance to return.
