From every angle of this condominium you will be awed by the beauty of the Pacific Ocean, with swaying palms in the foreground and the West Maui mountains as a backdrop. The condominium also has a wonderful air conditioning system (many in Kihei do not) for your comfort!

Go for a sunset stroll on the beach, watch the ocean from the lanai, wander down to the local shops and restaurants of Kihei, take a refreshing dip in the pool or the warm Pacific ocean, fish on the beach, or sit in the hot tub and gaze at the stars. Grill down by the pool, or enjoy a picnic in Kalepolepo Park, or the Maui Whale Sanctuary, both of which are literally steps from your condo.

Kihei is a wonderful vacation destination on Maui as it boasts very sunny, dry weather, and avoids the frequent rains of the Northern, Western and Eastern parts of the island.

Our building is ideal for a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, or as an action-packed home base from which to see all Maui has to offer.

We decided to purchase this property because it offers a resort like setting, and is in Kihei, which is the most central location on Maui. No matter where you are going, it is close by. We also chose Kihei Bay Surf because it is located in the quiet North end of Kihei. We love gazing at the ocean from our private lanai, and enjoy the beautiful beach across the street. We enjoy the atmosphere around the pool and hot tub area, and enjoy playing tennis and then cooling off in the ocean. The full kitchen, complimentary parking and in-suite internet allows us to travel on a budget and enjoy all of the conveniences of home. Kihei Bay Surf is our Home Away From Home! Maui has been voted best island by Conde Nast for over 10 years in a row for a reason. It is beautiful, unspoiled, warm, and home to some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. It is a haven for humpback whales, birds, and tropical fish, and boasts world class surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding, snorkeling and deep sea fishing. The lush vegetation, and perfect, sunny weather in Kihei is what attracted us to this side of the island. We selected this particular condo, because it is within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping, but without the high traffic and activity of South Kihei. We get a kick out of seeing whales breeching in the ocean and coconuts growing, directly from our lanai!

If you can think it, it is here on Maui: snorkelling, hiking, surfing, stand up paddleboarding, ziplining, kite surfing, deep sea fishing, golfing, shelling, sunbathing, beach walking, luau and theatre attending, whale watching, scuba and free diving, tennis, helicopter riding, horseback riding, trap shooting, shoreline fishing, boogie and skim boarding, sunset cruises, inter-island exploring and the list goes on ... be as busy as you want to be, or just relax on some of the finest beaches in the world, among some of the nicest people in the world.

Our property is across the street from a beautiful park and the Whale Sanctuary. Adjacent to one of the longest beaches on Maui, Sugar Beach, guests can enjoy going for long walks as far as as the eye can see. For the brave and adventursome, there is some great spearfishing, surfing and kiting nearby!The Maui Ocean Centre is a 7 minute drive.

The condo overlooks the ocean, and fronts onto South Kihei Road. If traffic noise on the lanai is going to bother you, or if you are a very light sleeper, this is not the condo for you!
