Beach house is located in the quiet and beauty of Englewood and Lemon Bay on the Gulf of Mexico.

Exquisite private sunny, sandy beaches, beautiful clean, clear water right outside your door.

Ground floor apartments feature sheltered paving stone patios to enjoy the sounds of the surf and the night breeze 30 sandy yards from the gulf waters.

Second floor apartments feature cathedral ceilings and sliding doors that lead to the full outside deck balcony.

All apartments are one bedroom with queen size bed, a fully equiped kitchen, dining/living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa. You need bring only your personal items.

Cable TV, free local telephone and internet access, private beach, patios and decks with beach lounges, tables and chairs, fully equiped kitches, BBQ grills, Microwave ovens, central heating, air conditioning and overhead fans.

Local charter boat fishing, local boat and jet ski rentals, local public boat ramps, surf fishing.

All rates subject to sales tax

50% deposit of total rental fee for confirmed reservation.
