Sea Isle #8 in Key Colony Beach

Sea Isle # 8 is located in the Ocean Front building, second floor, poolside.  Ocean view from the balcony, full pool view from the balcony or living room.  The beach area is only 50’ from the front door and the pool only 30’ away.  We have 175’ of pristine white sand beach for lounging, swimming, snorkeling or shell collecting.  There are two fresh water showers at the beach.  There is also a lighted Tiki hut for your dining pleasure, including tables, chairs and gas grills to cook your catch of the day, all while enjoying the sound of the ocean. Maybe some dolphins or manatees will swim by.

Our unit is a two bedroom two bath design. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs, whether you’re dining formal or at the beach or pool.  The amenities include two dishwashers, electric/convection oven with ceramic stove top, microwave/convection unit, garbage disposal, ice maker, eating island.  There is also dining table adjacent to the kitchen, The living room has two recliners, a love seat, a futon sofa (full size bed), a TV with a DVD player and a radio.  The master bedroom has a private bath, king-size bed, balcony and a TV.  The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a desk.  All rooms have ceiling fans.

Key Colony Beach is only 1 hour 15 minutes from Key West airport, 2 hours from Miami airport and 2 ½ hours from Fort Lauderdale airport.  Key Colony is home to restaurants (many offer dining on the water), coffee shop, fishing / snorkel /dive charters, boat rentals, tennis, par 3 golf course, and Sunset Park, all within walking distance from our condo.

Our onsite manager is also a certified diving instructor that may be able to answer your questions.

Private white sand beach, heated swimming pool, tropical environment are all waiting for you!!!  It just doesn't get any better!!!

There is a walking/jogging path around the island.  Within walking distance are restaurants, a marina, coffee shop, liquor store and Sunset Park to take memorable pictures.

Horseshoes, shuffle board and laundry facilities are all available on premises.

Nearby there are many attractions to visit, if you can leave the beach. 

Some of the family oriented activities are; Dolphin Research Center (shows & swim with the dolphins), Turtle Hospital (reservation required), Pidgeon Key (artist colony), Crane Point Hammock (nature preserve) and there is almost always a festival going on somewhere in the Keys.
