The cottage on Pilgrim Knoll, one of the highest points in Eastham, named to honor the Mayflower exploration party that surveyed this area. Built in 1913, this is a wonderful four bedroom cottage with frontage and direct access to Jemima and Herring Ponds. Both ponds offer great swimming, fishing, and boating. Herring Pond is stocked annually with rainbow, brown and brook trout! Enjoy spectacular views of the water and rolling fields. Fly a kite or play a ball game in the back yard! The ultimate in privacy, situated on a 2.8 acre lot adjacent to 20 acres of town conservation land. Fully heated, large living/dining room and a three season porch with water views. Offered late March through November.
