balcony in Garden City Beach. One bedroom with queen bed and  
queen-size sleeper sofas. Two baths, fully-equiped kitchen, and large  
living room with dining area.  Furnished with dishwasher, full-size  
washer and dryer. New carpet, paint, and ceramic tile throughout.  
FREE INTERNET ACCESS. 
Our unit is NONSMOKING and sorry but NO PETS are allowed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Onsite facilities include covered parking garage, exercise room,  
indoor/outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, large sundeck, gazebo,  
convenience store/gift shop, and lounge.  Phone, complimentary  
wireless internet access, air conditioning, microwave. Cooking  
utensils and linens provided. Walking distance to  
Garden City Pier and inlet.

The beach, golf, tennis, amusement/water parks, fishing, shopping,  
restaurants, theater, cinemas, surfing, sightseeing, and boating are  
just some of the activities available.
