Vacation Rental Description

Becky's Place is a beautiful Tahoe home walking distance to a 
private beach at stunning Lake Tahoe.  Only 2.5 miles south of Tahoe 
City on the lake's west shore.  Big sunny deck and outdoor hot tub! 
Beautifully maintained, this home features knotty pine walls, 
charming stone fireplace, and wood flooring.  Private beach area 
offers two piers, playground and large fenced lawn.  Bbq right on 
the lake!

Tastefully decorated in Tahoe lodge tradition, each room is filled 
with a pleasant mix of new furnishings and Tahoe antiques.  Each of the four 
bedrooms have cozy down covered beds, high thread count sheets, tons of pillows and a reading lamp 
within reach. The living room features 2 large leather couches, Hickory furniture with Pendleton 
blankets, and plenty of seating for catching up with family or watching tv.  The front deck 
gets all day sun and has room for everyone!  Great outdoor rooms for dining alfresco on the deck, 
relaxing in an Adirondack chair infront of the firepit, or play a game of bocce in the backyard 
court!  Nicely landscaped yard brimming with flower beds, level lawn, winding cobblestone 
paths and hammock under the trees.  BBq enthusiasts will enjoy the gas grill or brick 
smoker for fresh caught trout!    

The remodeled kitchen is designed for holiday meals and gourmets.  Fully equipped, it features large 
quartz countertops and all the major appliances including a refrigerator with automatic ice maker, 
dishwasher, gas stove and second GE Profile microwave/convection oven for cooking, microwave meals 
or warming drawer options!  From champagne glasses to crab crackers, stainless steel cookware to a 
Kitchenaid mixer, cappucino to waffle makers, the cook will appreciate the well supplied kitchen.  
Enjoy your holiday feast or a gathering with friends around the dining room table which easily 
expands to seat 12!  Yes, twelve people.

The downstairs offers more space for larger groups to relax, entertain or check in with the office!  
The newly renovated family room sparkles with new furnishings, an attached kitchenette for making 
snacks and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests.  A 32 inch flat screen with "theater sound" is the 
space to snuggle in for movies, or extra space for kids.  Just steps away are the outdoor hot tub 
and an attached bath. A home office area has a fax machine/copier, free nationwide long distance 
calls, modem connections and high speed wireless internet housewide. 
 
The gated private Tahoe Park beach is just a short walk away and offers two piers, 800 feet of lake 
frontage, restrooms, a protected swim area, lakefront BBQ's and picnic tables, a volleyball court, 
large lawns, new playground, horseshoe pits and over 3 acres of meticulously maintained grounds.  

Area restuarants, The West Shore bike path, a bike rental and repair shop, a marina with boat and 
kayak rentals, and Sunnyside Lodge are all within an easy 5 minute walk.  Tahoe City shopping and 
dining is just 5 minutes away by car. Homewood Mountain Resort, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley ski 
areas are within 5 to 15 minutes.

stocked "beach wagon" with coolers and chairs for easy toting to and from the beach and many other 
amenities.  Easy, level access and parking for at least 5 cars.
