Newly renovated condo unit with a swimming pool. Nice location, just 2.5 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. One assigned parking space.
First floor unit. Sleeps up to 5 people. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and 2 twin-size beds (1 twin-size bed has an extra twin-size pull-out bed underneath). There are 6 pillows with pillow protectors in the bedroom.  All mattresses are with mattress protectors, as well.
The living room is furnished with a full-size pull-out sofa bed and a chair that converts into a single bed.
The bedroom has an iPod/iPhone speaker docking station with remote control, air-conditioner, air purifier, small electric fan,  closet, iron+ironing board, dresser, DVD player, wall-mounted 32" LCD TV and VCR player (old vhs movies are available in the bedroom). The carpet vaccum is in the bedroom closet.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster oven, cookware, plates, cups and utensils.
Dining area is furnished with 2 dinette sets and a wall mounted 46" LCD TV and Blu-Ray disc player.
FREE cable TV service and FREE wireless internet access.

This is a non-smoking unit. There is an outdoor bench, a chair and a small table right outside our condo unit's door.

Please bring your own linens (1queen-size bed sheet, 2 twin-size bed sheets, 1full-size bedsheet for the sofabed, 6 pillowcases, blankets/comforters), towels, dish towels, dish detergent & sponge, paper towels, toiletries and plastic garbage bags (for the small trash cans and tall kitchen trash can).

Condo complex features a swimming pool with a kiddie pool, 2 gas grills on the spacious second floor sundeck with picnic tables.  The swimming pool will be open starting on Memorial Day weekend. Pool hours are from 10am to 8pm daily during the summer season. Laundry facility (coin-operated washer-dryer) is on the 3rd floor.

FREE access to public beaches in Wildwood! 5 miles of beaches; A 2 mile boardwalk stretches from 16th Street in North Wildwood to Cresse Avenue in Wildwood Crest. Five amusement piers boast over 500 rides for kids of all ages. Waterparks, carnival games, specialty shops and an array of eateries add to the magic of the Wildwoods' boardwalk; golfing; biking; Located throughout the resort, parks and playgrounds offer a variety of recreational choices. Tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and bocce courts as well as horseshoe pits are available island wide.
FREE admission to Cape May Zoo on the mainland. This zoo has an extensive variety of animals, has picnic areas, kiddie rides and a playground.
Enjoy boating, fishing, crabbing and jetskiing by the Wildwood bayside.
Enjoy the local comedy club, restaurants, weekly fireworks, and more.
Historical Cape May is just a short drive over the bridge.
Excellent night-life.
