We are just a few minutes from Interstate 95, 20 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from the airport, less than 10 minutes from the St. Johns Town Center boasting the finest shopping and dining around, and less than 10 minutes from downtown.

The rates we show are all inclusive with taxes, utilities, ammenity fees, and cleaning fee.  That means no hidden charges.  We require a $250 reservation fee for weekly stays and a $350 reservation fee for monthly stays.  All reservation fees are non refundable
