This 5-bedroom, beautiful, single family home is ready for your large group or multiple families with sleeping accommodations for up to 19 people. It would be the perfect place for any season. Just a short drive to the ski resorts in Park City or to the activities at the Sundance Film Festival. It is also convenient to shopping, restaurants and other activities. The home boasts amazing mountain views with huge floor to ceiling windows. For your convenience, there is easy access to all floors by elevator.
The entry room on the lowest level provides storage of your ski equipment and includes a boot warming room. There is a 1 car garage and space for 2 cars on the driveway.
The second level has a bedroom with a king bed, full bath, laundry room and a game room with a foosball table and shuffle board table. Access to the lower hot tub is on this level.
On the third level, you will find a king master bedroom with private bath, the bunk room with 2 full size bunk beds and a twin trundle bed, hall bathroom, huge family room with living area and Wii game system and a pool table. Two of the sofas are queen pull outs. Sit back and watch your favorite movie in the Theater Room.
The fourth level opens to the enormous great room with stone fireplace, comfortable leather living room furniture, gourmet kitchen and dining area. The master suite with private bath and steam shower and another queen bedroom with bath are also on this level. The upper hot tub is on the deck.
