Many restaurants within 1 mile. Community swimming pool with inside and outside spa. Skiing at SunRise, approximately 30 minute drive.

Fenced in Patio with gas and charcoal grills.  Horsehoes, sand volleyball court, and tetherball in community area. Safe place for children to ride bikes.

Golf, both public and private, minutes away. Hiking or mountain biking Billy Creek, just out the back gate. Fishing available at numberous lakes close by. Sunbathing and swiming in Country Pines pool and spa.

Monday through Thursday $135 with 3 night minimum, plus $85 cleaning

Friday through Sunday & Holidays $150 with 3 night minimum, plus $85 cleaning

Winter rates are $150.00 per night plus $85.00 cleaning fee. A $25.00 fee for snow plow of parking spaces if needed due to heavy snow.

Half rent due on acceptance of rental, second half due 10 days prior to arrival.

First half is forfeit if full amount not paid 10 days prior to arrival.

Great condo!

The condo was great! There was plenty of room for 3 teenagers and 2 parents. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great dinners. The condo was very clean. I would recommend it to any family. The location was great for skiing and close to the movies and grocery store.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing

Great Place Close to Skiing

My friend and I drove up from Tucson and easily found the townhouse nestled in the beautiful pines of Pinetop, AZ. We walked everyday on the forest paths located in back of the community. The townhouse was conveniently located next to everything we wanted to visit: Sunrise Ski Resort, Charlie Clarks Steakhouse, Eddie's Country Store, and Mama Bears Restaurant. Everything was just minutes away by walking or driving. The inside has tastefully western/cowboy decor which made us feel welcome and cozy especially in front of the fireplace. We have stayed at the townhouse in the summer and winter, and love the renovations and personal touches only a family owned residence could afford. If you love John Wayne, this is the place to stay! We will definitely be back for another adventure in the pines. I just love escaping the Tucson heat in the summers and enjoy the best sunny winter skiing in the southwest!

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
