Luxury 2 storey villa, 4 bedrooms, extended pool in Davenport

Newly built, a lovely, 2 storey, 2,500 square feet villa with 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, in the quiet  location of the gated community of Highgate Park within the  prestigous development of Legacy Park, conveniently located just of
Highway 27 in the city of Davenport, just minutes from all major
disney attractions and others that central florida has to offer.
The villa is only 25-30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The house has a 30' by 15' heated private screended pool (subject to
additional heating charge if required) with extended pool deck for
extra comfort on lazy days.

The living room has a Plasma television with all Satellite channels,
with additional televisions in the master bedroom, queen bedroom
(downstairs)and upstairs in one of the twin bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a luxury en-suite and a large sitting area

The downstairs bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.

Towels and linen are included with the villa. The property is
cleaned after each guest departs, but if you would like to have it
cleaned while you are there, this could be arranged for an
additional fee.

A local management company is on hand for any problems.

The nearest supermarket is only a 2 minute drive away. On the
grounds of the villa, there is also a playground and tennis courts for your use free of charge - just bring your rackets!! 

The house is also ideally situated for golf lovers, with several
championship golf courses again within just a few minutes drive.

A cot and highchair are provided free of charge if required. The pool area has been
extended to ensure your extra comfort for your days lazing around
the pool. There is a screen around the front of the pool for extra
security for small children (this screen can be removed) when you
are using the pool.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes free WiFi internet access. All telephone calls made within USA, to Canada and Puerto Rico are free. 

We ask guests to note, that the villa is a non smoking villa. Smoking
is only permitted outside of the villa.

There is also a tennis court and play area for children on the site
of Highgate Park for which you can use free of charge

Bedroom 1 (downstairs) with a queen bed, dresser, walk in closet,
and TV and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2 and 3 (upstairs) 2 twin bedrooms, share bathroom.
Bedroom 4 Master suite with ensuite with an addtional seating area
and TV.

The kitchen has seating area (nook) for 4 (table and chairs),
together with a breakfast bar. Appliances include:
cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, kettle. The villa is fully equipped to cater up to 12
guests.

There is a seperate utility room which includes the following:
washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, laundry basket, dust
pan and brush.

The villa also has a games room in the double garage, games include,
magnetic darts, fuseball table, pool table, basketball nets.

There is a Public supermarket 2 minute drive away from the villa.
Kissimee (St. Cloud) is approximately 10 minute drive from the
villa, where there is a number restaurants and shops. International
Drive is located about 20 mins away, where again there is a huge
selection of restaurants and shopping malls. There are also 3 crazy
golf courses at which you can play. Florida Mall is approximately 20
mins away from the Villa. Outlet shops are located within 15 minutes of the villa.

Low Season: $800 US Dollars/475 GBP
(September, November, December, January, February, March)

Mid season: $900 US Dollars/ 525 GBP
(April, May, June, October)

High Season: $1,000 US Dollars/575GBP
(July, August, Easter, Christmas, New Year Period)

A deposit of $270/150 GBP is required to secure the booking. Remainder
of balance is due 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit is
also required when balance is due for $450/250 GBP. This will be
returned to you within 28 days after you have vacated the villa providing no damage has occured during your stay.
