Take advantage of this beautiful, serene condo located right on the
Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy memorable sunsets while relaxing on a
secluded, white, sandy beach. The condominium (unit) is a two-story
building with two covered parking spaces provided for each condo.
Your vehicle(s) is parked under the unit. Your walk to the beach is
just a few steps away. Wine, dine, and relax while sitting on your
balcony enjoying the surf! The condo is close to dining, shopping,
casino/sightseeing cruises, and entertainment parks. Ninety minutes
to Orlando, and 45 minutes to Busch Gardens. Our condo has a lot to
offer and we certainly would love to have you as guests!

Our condo is on the beach and it is loaded!! We have a 2 bedroom, 2
bath condo. Our master bedroom has a king size bed and 2
twin beds in the second bedroom. Cable tv in all rooms with a VCR
and DVD in the living room. Wireless internet access. Laundry facilities within unit(Washer and Dryer). Reserved parking for two and electric grilling available
on balcony. Linens provided along with all the touches of home!! Our
condo is also equipped with a toaster,coffee maker and microwave.
And don't worry about doing dishes, we have a dishwasher! Public
boat ramp located across the street.

No need to drive! Take the trolley up and down Gulf
Boulevard to your favorite destination which may include restaurants
and activities that are very close to the condo. Biking, golf,
tennis, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, horseback riding,
shopping, restaurants, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling &
diving, boating, sailing, and water sports all available in the area.
