Vacation Rental Description

Sunset Paradise at Sea Cliffs is a beautiful gulf front home, It is
new to the rental market (June 28 2008) and still has summer
availability. August special pricing. **** It has gorgeous 
unrestricted views of the white, sugar sand beaches, emerald green
waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and gorgeous. The home is only steps to
the beach walkway and to the large pool.   There are 3 gulf front
decks that overlook the beach and gulf.   See spectacular views from
the living room/kitchen and two gulf front bedrooms with their own
private decks.  Each floor’s decks provide privacy walls on both sides.  

The home has new carpeting (June 2008) and new furnishings. 

This home gets the sunset view all year round.  The sunsets dripping
down into the water are amazing and different every day. 
  
SeaCliffs is a beautiful, gated, town home community of less than 40
homes.  It has an extra large swimming pool, playground area for the
kids and a quarter mile of undeveloped beach north of the complex.  
It is only .5 miles to St Joseph Peninsula State Park with boat
launch, hiking and bike trails and bay and gulf beaches.
 
There are 2 large Gulf Front Bedrooms with private decks, making it
great for couples traveling together.  The third floor gulf front
master bedroom, has a king sized bed, a large walk-in closet, double
vanity sinks in the attached bath and incredible views off the private
uncovered balcony.  The second floor gulf front bedroom, has a queen
sized bed,  a small private covered deck overlooking the gulf and has
a door into the large jack and jill bathroom that is shared with the
third bedroom. 
 This bathroom has 2 showers with a separate stall and a tub/shower
combination. The third bedroom has twin beds that can be converted
into a king bed.   The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa bed
bringing total sleeping accommodations to 8.

The home has well equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities, free
wireless internet access, free long distance phone service to US and
Canada.  This is important because your cell phone may not work on the
Cape.  There are TV’s in every bedroom and TV/DVD player in the living
room.  The home has  a movies, books and game library and gas grill. 

The home and beach are pet friendly.  Cape San Blas was rated number 1
beach in the US by Dr Beach.  K-9 Magazine rated Cape San Blas as #1 pet
friendly beach.  Even some of the nearby restaurants are open
air and pet friendly.  Cape San Blas is located on a beautiful
peninsula about 10 miles long,
with 5 miles of State Park at the tip.  With the gulf and gorgeous
beaches on one side and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away
at the widest point.  See sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the
Gulf from the house.   We have no high rises on the peninsula and the
beaches are low density.

Winter - $850, excluding holidays
Monthly January and February only, $1,800 per month

Cleaning and linens $150 and $100 non refundable pet fee, 11% sales tax.
