This charming casita offers the best of both worlds.  It is located just minutes from shopping, wilderness desert trails, and 20 minutes from downtown Tucson.  Nestled near Saguaro National Park East with expansive views of the foothills, this detached guest house offers SW tile flooring and counters throughout, open living area and kitchen floor plan, full eat-in kitchen with skylight, living area with ceiling fan, 50" flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR, iPod dock, two Lazy Boy recliners and a leather hide-a-bed sofa to kick back and relax in after a fun day in the sun.

Also featured in this casita is an office area with daybed, desk, laptop and WiFi making it perfect for those traveling for pleasure or business.  Beautiful SW tile in the bathroom with washer and dryer. The large bedroom boasts a queen size bed, ceiling fan,  charming furnishings and wall hangings, and walk-in closet.

After a peaceful nights rest, start your day off by sitting on the patio sipping coffee or going for a nature walk.  The sunrise and sunsets make any stroll worthwhile here at ”Almost Home”.

Summer Season is May through October:   $60/night, $400/week, $1500/month

Winter season is November through April:    $75/night, $500/week, $2000/month

Daily rate applies to stays less than 7 days

Weekly rate applies to stays of 7 days but less than one month

Monthly rate applies to stays exceeding one month

Cleaning fee (non refundable)  $75

Security deposit (refundable after satisfactory inspection following checkout)  $250

Twenty five percent (25%) of reservation plus security deposit due at time of reservation

The balance of reservation must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged.

Two horse stalls are available at $5 per day per horse.  Horse owner is responsible for providing own feed and cleaning stalls daily.  Parking of horse rigs available at no additional cost.
