Living area 2 with dining & Kitchen, has 2 elegant modern leather couches which pull out into 2 full size beds (sleeps upto 4) and a cute little dining table that seats 4.

Bedroom, has a solid mahogany queen size bed (sleeps 2) with bed-side tables & bed-side lamps.

Rates are based on a single or double occupancy. $20 per night per person applies of parties greater than 2 people

MINIMUM STAY IS ONE WEEK (7 DAYS)

THE ABOVE MENTIONED RATES ONLY APPLY IF THE STAY IS FOR AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS, OTHERWISE NORMAL RATE OF $275 WILL APPLY.

Holiday rates are $350 a night

One time cleaning fee of $100 for up-to two people.
