Witness the daily beautiful sunset over the bay with a walk on the bay with or without your pet or take out a kayak we have on premises and it is not unusual to see dolphins swimming or frolicking just off shore. The bird life is stunning and the fishing is great. Horseshoe crabs are one the beach.

Our home is located on an oversized lot, fenced ideal for your pets to run around and landscaped for privacy.

- Master bedroom has queen size mattress, closet, 6 drawer chest, hangers, linens, flat screen TV, alarm clock with i-pod dock.

- Second bedroom has also a queen size mattress, 5 drawer chest, closet, hangers and linens, Ipod dock station/alarm clock, flat screen TV

- Third bedroom has a day bed with additonal twin size bed under to pull out, closet, 3 drawer chest, hangers and linens, flat screen TV, alarm clock, radio/cd player

- First bathroom has bathtub, vessel sink with plenty storage for towels.

-Second bathroom has shower stall, storage closet, pedestal sink, located next to master bedroom.

Fully equiped kitchen, dishes, pots, pans, toaster over, microwave, tea kettle, wine rack, spices, dishwasher and a window with view to bay.

Living room has couch, chairs,flat screen tv, dvd player, radio, tables, faux plants, family board games

We also have on premises, BBQ gas grill, outside furniture, beach toys, fire pit, kayak with 2 life vest, kytes, balls, beach toys and beach chairs.

Central air conditioning.

Off Season package (March 1 - April 1/2013) = $750.00 + $75 (cleaning) + 7%tax

Spring package (April  2/2013 - May 21/2013) = $850.00 + $75 (cleaning) + 7%tax

Memorial Day = $1100 + $75 (cleaning) + 7%tax

Summer package (May 22/2013 - September 3/2013) = $1200 + $75 (cleaning) + 7%tax

Fall package (September 4/2013-October 31, 2013) = $850.00 + $75 (cleaning) + 7%tax

Weekend rate (only off season) $475+ additional expenses

Cleaning fee $75 (additional to rate)

7% tax additional to selected rate and cleaning fee.

$250 deposit required - refundable within 10 - 14 business days if no loss or damage occur to property or cancellation made prior to 60 days of arrival.

$50 per dog (up to 2 small dogs- must be potty trained dogs)
