The kitchen is large with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space.  Eat at the center island on comfortable stools or in the breakfast nook.

The kitchen area is open with a sitting area - two couches, a large gas fireplace, flat screen TV with built in sound audio system, flat screen cable TV and Blu Ray player.  

THE DINNING ROOM is 21 X 15 seating the whole family comfortably, with a lovely fireplace, 19 foot ceilings, huge Chandelier, French doors open to the patio and beautiful backyard.

Den (1st floor) is comfortable for kids with flat screen TV, Blu ray player/Sony PS3.

Six bedrooms and four full bathrooms are perfect for extended families.  One King, three full double beds, one set of twins, one sleigh/trundle two twin beds in this room.  Sleeps a total of 12 comfortably.

A first floor bedroom with a full size double bed is wonderful for grandparents, full bath is just feet away...both are wheel chair accessible!

SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS                                                                                Master bedroom suite is large with views of the water, a deck with views, a walk in closet, a flat screen TV and a superb master bath with views of the water.  Three other bedrooms on the second floor.  Second bedroom has a full double bed with great views of the water, Third bedroom has two twin beds.  Last bedroom has a sleigh/trundel bed (Two singles). 

Third full bath is located on second floor accross from two of the bedrooms.

Third floor, second master suite, full bath, large bedroom has a full double bed with great views from the deck.

Laundry Room on second floor.

Backyard is private and large.  Gas fired grill is located in the backyard. 

No smoking.  Small dogs allowed, no cats allowed.

BEACH Toys - Don't bring them, we have them all.   Boogie boards, beach towels, blankets, pails and shovels for the kids, wagon to get everything to the beach.  Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella!

Driveway parks 6 cars comfortably plus a two and a half car garage.

PAYMENT TERMS - The house is reserved once I receive payment.  The house is not reserved under any other conditions.  We receive many inquiries and reserve the house for groups who I receive payment from first.

May and June $25,000/mo.  May weeks and first two weeks of June $6,000/week, last two weeks $8,000/week for racers.

Sept and October $25,000/mo - 1st two weeks of Sept $8,000/week, last two weeks $6,000 all weeks in October $6,000 for racers.

Sept - May $6,000/month for a nine month term.

Nov - April $8,000/ month for individual months.

$3,000 to $5,000 Security deposit depending on length of stay

$500 cleaning fee

Please no smokers, we are strict on this....smoking in our home will result in loss of security deposit.

No pets allowed.
