Fishing, boating, swimming. This property is located on a canal which has easy direct access with no bridges to the intercoastal. There are docking facilities available for a small fee. The pool is almost visable from the condo and it is heated for those cooler days.

This property is directly on the canal; walking distance to several restaurants and a golf course. Several area beaches are just a short drive, whether you go just north to Venice Beach, or a short way to Manasota Beach or a little further south is the Englewood Beach. This property is just south of Venice and is close to all beaches, golf courses, shopping, restaurants.
