Cortez. One hour drive South East from La Paz. Remote & relaxing, a
private get away, Right on the beach.

There are 5 bedrooms each with their own garden bath. The Master has a
king bed , walk in closet, double shower, Jacuzzi private balcony.
2 bedrooms have 1 king bed each w/own garden bath. 2 bedrooms have 2
queen beds each w/own garden bath. Full kitchen with dinning and living room area Rustic furnishings from Guadalajara bring the fresh Mexico feel to life.

no pets allowed.
Check in after 2 pm, check out before 10 am.

Satellite TV with VCR & DVD & CD kitchen fully stocked with dishes &
pans (no dishwasher) no Telephone service, Internet and computer available. We have wireless if you would like to bring your lap top to use by the pool.
Chef: If you choose you can order meals prepared for you.  The cost is $35 per person per day which includes breakfast and dinner.  there is a $100 per day charge for the chef purchase and prep family style buffett service and clean up.  If you would like service to the table like a restraunt the chef/waiter charge is $200 per day.

Deep sea fishing you can be picked up on beach in front of the house   RENT A RHINO ATV,
Aprox $200 US plus bait and tip/ 3 people to an open panga.
Super panga with shade cover $250.
Large 23' fishing boat twin engines and boat captain $450 per day.
Skin diving & snorkeling $150 for 3 people
Restaurant the 1535 a short walk on the beach

bar. Just steps from the house. Sea kayaks w/ life jackets
available at the house (no charge). Snorkeling right in the bay in
front of the house (bring your own mask, fins and snorkel)
You can now rent things from Casa de los Suenos next door
they have, horse back riding, snorkel equip, scuba, windsurfing,
boogie board, wake boarding !!!
Windsurfing and kite boarding 20 min. down the road at La Ventanas.

Villa Mirasol
Rates: 2008 Rates $1,000 a day, up to max 14 people. + 13% Mexican hotel tax $100 per day each additional person. 
Holiday rates for
Christmas, New Years, & Thanksgiving $1,200 per day.
Reservations: All reservations require 50% down and a $500 refundable security deposit
required at booking. All Monies Refundable 45 days prior to
arrival. Payment in full required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Cancellation policy :Full Refund if cancelled 30 days prior to
arrival.
Chef: Cook and chauffeur available upon request. Cooking is home made Mexican fare, including
shopping, preparation, serving and clean up, $35 per day per person for breakfast and dinner with a
$65 per day prep fee.
(lunch is available at the nearby El Cardon restaurant, mention you are staying at Villa Mirasol for
a 10% discount)
Chauffeur: Mario can act as a chauffeur, for up to 6 people. Pick up at the La Paz airport is $100
each way. Tipping in Mexico is always appreciated.
