Enjoy the marvelous ocean views from this newly renovated 3/3 home with a 40 x 15 pool w/ jacuzzi.  Do not be fooled by other ads that claim home is on the sand.  This is directly on the sand.  There are no blocks to be walked just simply open the door and sink your toes into sand directly outside the house.

Please inquire about our other beach rentals (3) in Fort Lauderdale if the dates you request are not available.

Pets allowed: Please ask, this depends on the size of the dog and its training.

$350 cleaning fee

$500 pet deposit (varies according to pet; not all weight classes of pets will be allowed -- please inquire)

Only Wire Transfers, Travelers' Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Orders shall be accepted. Sorry, we do not accept Personal Checks. Credit Cards (MASTER & VISA) are accepted but will incur an additional 3% surcharge

50% of the total reservation cost is due at time of reservation.  The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date.  If the reservation is made 30 or less at time of arrival then the whole reservation cost is due immediately.
