Vacation Rental Description

Balcony overlooks white sandy beach and the beautiful Gulf of  
Mexico.  At night from your lanai to the South you can see the  
twinkling lights of Naples and to the West you see Sanibel Island.  
Pelican Watch Condo is located approximately one mile south of the  
Ft Myers Bch pier. 
Just a short walk to Times Square, restaurants, shopping and  
entertainment and a beautiful library. 
Walk across the street to a grocery store and the wonderful Bay Oaks  
recreation center which has four tennis courts, 2 indoor basketball  
courts and many other activities.  The unit offers approximately  
1250 square feet of living space with an additional 250 square foot  
open lanai, all tastefully and comfortably furnished.  
There are two bedrooms (master suite has a king bed and walk-in  
closet while guest bedroom has twin beds) and two full baths (master  
bath has tiled walk-in shower while the guest bath offers a tub and  
shower).  Both baths are equipped with handicap grab bars. 
Pocket door can convert the additional den to another bedroom.  The  
additional den offers a queen sleeper sofa.                            
A separate laundry room with full-size washer & dryer. 
The kitchen is fully equipped.
                                                                        

Vacation Rental Amenities

All entrances are secured, heated pool and spa, Air Conditioning, 
Multiple telephones. There are 3 cable TV's, a VCR player, and a DVD
player.  
Wireless Internet Connection available in Unit.                      
                                      
  
Beach chairs and beach Tiki hut for sun-sensitive people, New 
pool furniture and umbrellas.                                      
Sorry, Pets are NOT allowed and NO smoking in the unit.

April, 2008..$1300/week                       
May 1, 2008..$1000/week   
June 1, 2008 - October 31th, 2008..$900/week                         
      
November, 2008..$900- $1000/week                                         
Dec 1, 2008 - Dec 31, 2008..$1350/week        
Holiday Periods (Memorial Day, July 4th, Easter week, etc) may be
higher                                                                 
   
Cleaning fee of $80.                                           
11% County and State Taxes are additional.  
A $300 deposit is required at time of reservation.  Deposit is
refundable within 45 days of departure.  
Total payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
