Great 7 Bdrm House w Gulf Views & Heated Pool in Seagrove Beach

“House is a strange layout and you are constantly going up or down stairs.” Other guests have said they love the layout, and their kids love moving and playing around in the house. There are many positives to the floorplan, such as it allowing for privacy to each of 7 bedrooms.
“It also could use some attention and a really good cleaning!!” From May to late August, housekeeping arrives after each guest checkout and performs a full cleaning. We inspect the home before each guest arrives.
“The owner was prompt with fixing a broken oven but it turned in to 3 separate visits and he would walk in without knocking which was uncomfortable!” The oven repair did take 3 trips. The first trip, we were greeted by a group of adults and children at the pool. We introduced ourselves and said we were there to look at the oven. We knocked on the door with no answer. I opened the door and said, “Knock, Knock.” There were three gentlemen playing cards in the dining room. We inspected the oven but were unable to fix it. We headed home and removed the oven door from our personal oven since it was the same model, thinking we could switch doors to solve the problem. On our return visit, I was carrying a heavy oven door up the second floor deck and my wife was in front of me, so I do not remember our method of greeting. I changed the oven door to find we still had the same problem. The next day my wife called by phone to announce we would be returning with another oven for the guests within the hour. I pulled the oven from my personal residence and had two friends help me dolly it to the second floor kitchen. On the third trip, the oven problem was resolved.
“Small pool.” The pool is approximately 30 feet long, larger than many beach home pools along 30-A.
“The only gulf views were from the third floor bedroom…” There are awesome gulf views from the 3rd floor. There are more minor gulf views from the second floor, and no gulf views from the first floor.
Lastly, we do our very best to make each guest’s visit comfortable and enjoyable.
