A Deposit of 25% will secure your reservation and confirmation for
your desired dates. Deposit is accepted via PayPal, check, money
order, or travelers check. You may also have a friend here in New
York come and view apartment and a leave the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: if canceled up to 21 days prior to arrival date,
entire deposit will be returned immediately.
