vacation rental description
Great lake front home in Lago Vista on the beautiful Lake Travis. Cove for swimming and located directly next to boat ramp for easy access. Home has open feel inside with large family room and open kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home sleeps 16. 2 Large decks overlooking the lake for a relaxing experience. 'Party room' or second den/sun room downstairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your dining needs. Fireplace. Washer and Dryer. Satellite TV. VCR/DVD player.
Please note due to the Texas drought Lake Travis is not at its normal water levels. There is still water in our cove and the boat launch is still able to be used...one of the only ones still open on Lake Travis this year. Refunds will not be given for low water. The lake is still full enough to be enjoyed and boat rentals are available and highly recommended.

½ the Total Amount of the Reservation and deposit is due when the reservation is made to hold dates. Final Amount is due 14 days prior to arrival date.
