Not available for President's Day weekend! Use our home for homebase to visit Zion's Park, GrandCanyon, & Cedar City Shakesperean Festival! Only 2 years old, it has 3 queen beds & 1 king bed in the Master Suite with jetted tub! 2 Family rooms, totally furnished, with all linens & kitchen wares. There is 2 large TV's, & TV's in every room. Cable & Internet access. There is an office with a blow-up bed if needed. Views of the redrocks & Zion's Park Mountains are incredible!

So quiet & private you'll think you've gone to heaven! If you boat, or bike or ATV, this is the place! You can walk to Sand Hollow Reservoir, there are thousands of acres of riding trails. The Washington Recreation Center is only 15 minutes away, where they have the largest indoor pool in Utah, with climbing wall, basketball & volleyball.

There are 3 golf courses within 6 miles, Sky Mountain, Coral Canyon & Sand Hollow. Only 30 minutes from Zion's Park & Cedar City. The City of St. George is only 20 minutes away, with lots of shopping, restaurants, golf courses, recreation centers. Bring the bikes cause this is bike paradise! Dixie State College & Tuahcahn have regular entertainment, not to mention art festivals, kite, flute & bird, peach days in the summer. The Marathon & Senior Games bring people from all over the world!
vacation rental rates
All weekdays & weekends are $200 per night, 3 night minimum. There is a $200 cleaning fee for each stay. Holiday weekends are $250 per night, which include;
Jan. 13 thru Jan. 16th, (Martin Luther King Day),March 30th thru April 3rd,(Spring Break), April 6th thru 9th (Easter), May 25th thru 28th, (Memorial Day),August 31st thru September 3rd , (Labor Day),MarathonOct. 6, Nov. 9th thru 13th, (Veteran's Day), Nov. 21st thru 25th, (Thanksgiving Day), & Dec. 24th thru Jan. 1st. (Christmas Week).
Dogs are possible with an extra $100 deposit for any damage.
