The villa is furnished to a very high standard with
hand picked ( not package ) furniture,and can accomodate up to ten
guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are available if
required.

Southern Dunes is a gated community located South of Orlando and
Kissimmee on Highway 27.

Facilities include tennis courts, clubhouse with exercise room and
pool table, a community swimming pool, and an eighteen hole award
winning PGA championship golf course, rated 4 star by Golf Digest.

In addition to the golfing facilities there is a childrens play
area.and a fishing lake.

Within walking distance there is a 24- hour supermarket and a 24-
hour Wal Mart. Fast food outlets and banks are nearby.

High season: July, August $820 per week

Peak season: Xmas, Easter $900 per week

Pool heat : $25 per day

Deposit: $150 per week to secure booking
