Welcome to Primrose Villa, our luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home located at 
Southern Dunes ,a PGA championship golf course rated four star by 
golf digest and ranked in the top 100 courses in America and in the 
top six in Florida.

Our luxury home is fully equipped with everything you need to make 
your Florida vacation a time to remember.


Our home is fully air conditioned throughout and consists 
of:

* stylishly furnished lounge with cable TV.

* telephone with free local calls. 

* Free use of high speed internet connection.

* Cable TV in all bedrooms

* Family room,fully furnished looking out to the pool area.

* Dining room

* New games room for October 2007, with pool table, air hockey, 
electronic basketball & darts.

* Fully equipped kitchen comprising: cooker, dishwasher, fridge 
freezer, microwave. A washing machine and tumble drier are situated 
in the utility area.

* Breakfast nook.

* Master bedroom including American King size 4 poster bed, cable 
TV,DVD player and Master bathroom, walk in closet. 

* Second Master bedroom fully furnished with Queen bed,closet, 
cable TV and Master bathroom.

* The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds, (one is Disney 
themed ), and share the third bathroom

* 26'x12' screened pool plus spa, both of which can be heated if 
required, Full selection of pool furniture provided. 

* A playstation and games, CD player and selection of board games 
are provided. 

* Ample supply of linens and towels are provided.

Our new home is an ideal base from where to explore everything 
Florida has to offer,from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at 
the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the 26'x12' South facing 
private pool with spa.

For golfers there is also an on site 18 hole 
championship golf course and clubhouse.

The home is furnished to a high standard with 
hand picked ( not package ) furniture. 

The home is fully equipped for, and can accomodate up to ten 
guests when using the sofa bed. Crib / highchair are available if 
required. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Southern Dunes is a gated community located South of Orlando and 
Kissimmee on Highway 27.

Facilities include tennis courts, clubhouse with exercise room and 
pool table, a community swimming pool, and an eighteen hole award 
winning PGA championship golf course, rated 4 star by  Golf Digest.

In addition to the golfing facilities there is a childrens play 
area.and a fishing lake.

Within walking distance there is a 24- hour supermarket and a 24- 
hour Wal Mart. Fast food outlets and banks are nearby.

A large shopping mall,  Eagle Ridge,  is just fifteen minutes drive 
away

Activities and Attractions

Southern Dunes is an ideal base from which to visit all the major 
attractions,located about a 20 minuite drive from Disney,25-30 
minuites to Universal Studios and Islands Of Adventure and about 30 
minuites to Sea World. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre are 
about an hours drive away.

Mid season: May, June, Sept Oct  $895 / £520 per week 

High season: July, August  $995  per week / £570
 
Peak season: Xmas, Easter  $1050 / £600  per week 

Pool heat :  $20 / £12 per day 

Deposit:   $200 / £100 per week to secure booking

2009 prices

Low Season :  $825 / £515 per week

Mid Season :  $925 / £575 per week

High Season : $1025 / £595 per week
