Our complex is quiet and friendly with a onsite manager. The facility
includes a large seasonally heated pool, two shuffleboard courts,
activity room with pool table and ping pong table. Two elevators,
laundry room per floor and barbecue grills.

New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family
atmosphere. The pristine beach offers unsurpassed beauty and array
of local attractions. Many wonderful restaurants, shopping,
galleries, deep sea fishing, surfing, biking, great golf courses and
