There are three adjoining private lockable air conditioned bedroom suites, all similar and very well appointed. The spacious, Caribbean facing, fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and all the other appliances a guest will need. The architecture is awe inspiring. This villa comes with a kayak, enjoy exploring the bay! Casa De Ensueno can now be rented as a luxury one bedroom beach front home (low season only), with exclusive use of the pool, beach front area, kitchen, dining, and living areas. This is awesome for honeymooners or couples looking for the ultimate romantic getaway. The caretakers, live on the grounds in the casita, and will be there to greet you.
Meal preparation can be arranged with the on-site caretakers, or they can also be hired to do laundry. They clean the house and beach daily, and can be available for other requests the guests may have. There is a large BBQ grill poolside for the guests to use. There is wireless internet.
Listen to the sound of the tranquil lapping waves on this semi-secluded snorkeling beach, the cool ocean breeze and beautiful Caribbean views from every room in the villa. Take the kayak out for a scenic tour of the bay. Tankah Cenote is just a few lots away, (a natural limestone sinkhole) and is a fabulous place to swim and snorkel, or even see the regional flora and fauna from a new perspective. It is rumored that Manatee's have been seen entering Tankah Cenote from a hole in the bay (divers can use the route). Nearby in Tankah, there are some intimate restaurants, dive shops and hotels. Due to maintenance issues, we are offering special 2013 mid and low season rates:
Regular Rate $2900
$1198 for up to 6pp
$998 for 2p. This includes the entire first floor, (master, kitchen, living area) the two upstairs bedrooms will be locked off.
Last minute rentals (less than 1 month to arrival):
$770/week for just 2pp, $100 for each guest over 2

*All Holiday and High Season peak week reservations must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights.
**Mid and Low Season reservations must be booked for a minimum of 5 nights.
***Rates are as a 1BR villa only, and available only by approval.
A refundable Security Deposit of $500 will be collected upon final payment and returned once the property is vacated in good order. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 4 small children. Two cribs available; please add $150/extra guests over the base rate.
