Located in the heart of old Seagrove, yet secluded from the hustle &
bustle of everyday activity, is The Grove by the Sea, a Seaside-like
community of picturesque cottages. This home features three bedrooms,
and two and half baths. With its oversized wrap-around screened
porch, you can plan out your days on one of the world's most
beautiful beaches. Spend your evenings on the screened porch enjoying
the sea breezes, reading a book, playing cards or just having fun.
You'll hope it will rain at least once so you can kick back on the
screen porch and enjoy the sound of falling rain drops on the tin
roof. You'll never want to leave!

The Grove by the Sea features lovely lanes bordered by abundant
natural vegetation leading you to 2 community pools, tennis court,
children's play area, bike paths and is only a short 5 minute walk to
the dedicated beach access.

The home features hardwood floors on the main level, a fully-equipped
kitchen, dining areas with seating for ten, queen sleeper sofa in
living room. Living area has a TV and DVD player. The upstairs
bedrooms have a king bed in master with TV and DVD and a queen bed in
the secondary bedroom with TV and DVD. There is high end bedding and
sheets in all of the bedrooms. The third bedroom has two bunk beds
(sleeps four). The master bedroom has a balcony and the bath has a
jetted tub. No Pets,
No Smoking.

You will be only one mile from the famous town of Seaside, Florida.
It's an easy bike ride as the bike paths to Seaside connect with the
neighborhood. You'll love Seaside! It has shopping, dining, and
activities for the whole family! It is also just a short drive to
Panama City Beach or Destin.

Our home has a fully equiped kitchen with Refrigerator/Ice Maker,
Dishwasher and Microwave. A Washer and Dryer are also provided. A
Weber gas BBQ grill is available as well.
The Grove by the Sea has 2 pools, tennis court and children's play
area.
Seagrove Sunrise also has a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed
in second bedroom, and 2 bunk beds(4 twins)in third bedroom. Pottery
Barn high end bedding and sheets are provided in the bedrooms.
The cottage also includes a TV and DVD player in the den, in the
master bedroom and in the second bedroom.

Seaside Florida is a short mile away. You can take the bike paths
that connect to The Grove by the Sea to Seaside and all the other
beach communities along Scenic Road 30A. Panama City Beach and Destin
are only a short drive away as well. You will want to spend most of
your time enjoying the beautiful beaches of Seagrove Beach, which are
only a 5 minute walk from Seagrove Sunrise! Be sure to check out the
sunset at the end of everyday-It's spectacular.
