This beach house in North Myrtle Beach is a luxury rental with a private pooland an Elevator. Immediately upon your arrival you can see why Sunrise Tellin is a luxurious beach vacation rental. As beautiful on the outside as it is on the inside. The backyard pool is gorgeously landscaped and there is plenty of poolside seating for everyone to have fun on the pool deck together. Sunrise Tellin is a 2 story beach house on stilts. And boy is it spacious with 5BR, 3BA and room for 10 people. The front porch is as accommodating as the back deck.

Comfortable furniture is throughout this property so you can relax every step of the way during your North Myrtle Beach vacation at Sunrise Tellin. The kitchen is a fun place to be in this beach house rental. Stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry and colorful bar stools make this a tropical-feeling space.

There is a grill at this North Myrtle Beach rental so you can have family cookouts during your vacation. Wireless Internet, a couple fireplaces, outside shower and a Jacuzzi tub all cater to a luxurious vacation.

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

No Smoking.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
