course in a gated community in Bonita Springs, Florida (3 miles from
Bonita Beach).


Vacation in a luxurious, 3 bedroom / 2 bath Coach Home located in
the gated community of Spanish Wells Country Club in Bonita Springs,
just north of Naples, Florida. Our Coach home overlooks the 6th
hole tee box. Spanish Wells is a gated Community built around a 27
hole championship golf course (golf at Spanish Wells not included in
the rental but MANY excellent public golf courses are within 5
minutes). Very private Swimming pool is located within 50 yards of
our unit. Beautiful Bonita Beach (on the Gulf of Mexico) is a short
3 miles down Bonita Beach Road.

Unit is brightly decorated and exquisitely furnished with a
tropical motif.

The living area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving
you a panoramic view of a preserve and the 6th hole tee box. Enjoy
your favorite DVD's, or cable channels on the 27" cable TV. Relax to
the CD stereo with AM/FM. The master bedroom (which also overlooks
the fairway)is located in the back of the unit for complete
privacy. Master bedroom features a luxurious king bed, 20" TV,
AM/FM alarm radio, large walk-in closet, and private bath featuring
double sinks and oversized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit, has a queen-
sized bed and adjacent full bath. Third bedroom/den has a full-sized
sleeper-sofa.

The kitchen is fully equipped with solid surface cooking range,
built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar with stools,
and dinette/breakfast nook area. This unit also has a formal dining
table and dining area. There is a laundry room with washer and
dryer, iron and ironing board. All linens and towels including beach
towels are provided.
Except for the bedrooms (carpeted), all rooms have ceramic tile
floors.
Our lanai features an eating and sitting area for you to relax and
enjoy the beautiful views at sunset or ANY time of the day!.

There is a 2-car garage to keep your car shaded and cool.

Visiting Bonita Springs, Florida is like blending the past and the
present. Located between Fort Myers and Naples, it is Southwest
Florida´s newest city, and according to the 2000 census, has doubled
in size since 1990. It is also retains its Old Florida heritage in

numerous private courses, Bonita Springs is also a Golfer´s
paradise. Located a short drive to Naples, which has the most golf
courses per capita of any city in the United States, only adds to a
golfer´s choices! In addition to golf, Naples is loaded with
upscale shopping boutiques and fine dining establishments.
Bonita Springs is about half way between Fort Myers and Naples.
Beautiful Sanibel island is a short drive north.

Or take a day and drive south to Everglades National Park, the
jumping off point of the Everglades, the largest remaining
subtropical wilderness in the United States.
