Palmettos is a 5BR, 5.5BA beach house on the oceanfront in Ocean Drive is non smoking and accommodates up to 18 family members.

Palmettos is a beach house with a kitchen that is ready to handle large families because it is well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and two refrigerators. There are 2 dining room tables also.

High-speed Internet access is available for your use during your North Myrtle Beach vacation. A couple televisions and DVD players will make your stay feel as comfortable as home. The gas fireplace is a luxurious component of Palmettos, especially in winter. And all of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan for peaceful sleeping in any weather.

Put your feet up as you sit in the front porch rockers of this vacation rental. The porch swing beckons you to rest and relax while enjoying sea breezes. Host a cookout with the grill that is provided. Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.

No Smoking.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
