Ocean Grove is a two story, ground level 3BR, 2BA vacation rental in Windy Hill that accommodates up to 9 and is non smoking. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away!

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher,  disposal, a washer/dryer, 2CCTV and wireless internet provided. The master bedroom on the main floor boasts a walk in closet and a private bath. You will find the two guest bedrooms with a shared bath are located upstairs.

The community pool and hot tub is only about 30 steps away from your rental. With the beach and the pool so close to your vacation rental you will have the luxury of spending the day at the beach or poolside. Be sure to find the outside shower to rinse off before plunging into the pool or re-entering Ocean Grove after a day of sun and surf.

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Departure Maid Service is available upon request for 1-5 bedroom properties. If Departure Maid Service is not ordered there will be an Inspection Fee added to each reservation made: 1 bedroom $10; 2 bedrooms $20; 3-4 bedrooms $25 and 5 bedrooms $30. Departure Maid Service is required on all 6 bedroom or larger properties and is automatically added to rental amount.

Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
