Boasting 7BR and 3BA, this non smoking, vacation rental across the street from the beach in Ocean Drive can accommodate 16 people. Oasis provides a crib and changing table for the littlest member of the family.

This beach house rental features 2 living rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs and a sunroom with table, chairs, ceiling fan and rocking chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, ice maker, wet bar, high-speed Internet access, 7CCTV, 2DVD, VCR, CD & Tape player are amenities you will find inside this lovely beach house. 

Palm trees adorn the front of Oasis where you will discover a furnished street side porch that spans the entire width of the house and off street parking. Two patios and a sundeck beckon you to spend time relaxing in the sun. Take advantage of the outside shower after a day across the street at the beach.

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.

No Smoking.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
