This 6BR, 3BA, non smoking beach house on stilts located on the channel in Cherry Grove boasts a spacious sunroom and accommodates up to 16.

KKs Cabana is a clean well kept beach rental that offers a full kitchen, breakfast bar with stools, microwave, dishwasher and disposal. Other amenities you will enjoy during your stay are ceiling fans throughout, 4CCTV, 4VCR, DVD, tile flooring, berber carpet and a sunroom overlooking the channel.

KKs Cabana features a large front porch with rocking chairs, a channel side porch, sundeck, paved off street parking, porch swing and a gas grill.

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.

No Smoking.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
