cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer and kitchen is fully equiped. The second bedroom is
decorated as a den and has a queen sofa-bed with an extra top mattress with a foam core wraped in
down so that it is surprisingly comfortable. The kitchen has its own separate eating area. There is
a formal dining room.

Association Tennis Courts, pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. Amenities of the condo include a full
kitchen with
refrigerator/freezer, a range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes,
glassware, utensils and dinnerware.

free access in the Unites States and Canada.

Dana Point Harbor provides slips and mooring for over 2,500 boats along with over 50 speciality shops
and restaurants. The harbor attracts thousands of visitors annually for sport fishing, shopping,
walking, bicycling, kayaking and a host of recreational activities. There is also a direct ferry
service from Dana Point Harbor to Catalina Island. Nearby Salt Creek Beach is known as one of the
preeminent performance surf spots in the world while Doheny State Park to the South is home to local
surf schools and is one of the best beginner waves in California. The State Park has picnic areas
with barbecues and firepits, and a beachfront promenade perfect for bicycling and rollerblading.
