the rates to accommodate smaller groups. 
 
It is not hard to understand why this luxurious yet casual  
oceanfront villa has quickly become the area's most popular.  Great  
location, fully equipped, uniquely decorated and attention to  
detail, all contribute to ensure that this is not your average  
vacation villa or experience.   
 
Highlighting a lifetime of travel and life abroad, the owners have  
used this villa to showcase their eclectic assortment of art,  
furniture and collectibles.  Bedrooms done up in different  
country/regional themes, a fabulous kitchen that should please even  
the most discerning chef.  Enjoy formal or casual dining inside or  
out.  Indoor and outdoor bars, terraces, music system, satellite TV,  
private pool, hammocks under a palapa, volleyball on the sand,  
tranquil courtyard, bicycles, cellular phone, a full time staff of  
three to provide cleaning and maintenance, the list goes on.... 
 
Massage, facials, diving instruction, and babysitting all available  
at the villa for an extra charge.  Scuba diving, snorkeling, deep- 
sea fishing charters, sailing, golf, tennis, swimming with dolphins

Activities and Attractions

Of course most people come for the sunshine, beaches and relaxation.  
But while you are here, you really should get out, see some of the  
sites and participate in a few of the great activities available. 
 
SCUBA DIVING & SNORKELING: This area is a well known diving  
destination. Some of the worlds best Cave and Cavern diving is  
within a half hour of the villa. Ocean diving is even closer with  
shore dives and snorkeling possible from right in front of villa  
Brisa Caribe. Cozumel is an easy day trip. Lots of information about

DEEP SEA FISHING: From Feb. through June the bill fish are running  
and the marina is full of million dollar, super sleek, sports  
fishing boats from up and down the Eastern Seaboard. The rest of the  
year these plentiful waters make landing a game fish, almost a sure  
thing. Charters are available minutes from the villa. More

MAYAN RUINS: It is not only the beaches, the diving or the fishing  
that attracts many visitors to the area. 3 major Mayan  
archaeological sites are within easy reach for a day trip. Numerous

GOLF & TENNIS: The 9 hole par 36 golf and tennis club in Puerto  
Aventuras is very pretty, reasonably priced and never busy. Here you  
can golf all day for under US $50 or better yet, purchase a week  
pass for less than $200.  Twenty minutes away in Playa Car there is  
an 18 hole championship course designed by Robert Von Hagge.  For  
aprox. $100 you can have a round which includes the cart, breakfast,  
lunch and drinks while golfing. 
 
SWIM WITH DOLPHINS: A major attraction to Puerto Aventuras is the  
Dolphin Discovery program where you can get in the water and  
interact with these wonderful friendly creatures.  If you don’t want  
to participate you can watch the performance for free while you  
enjoy a cool drink or snack at one of the many restaurants along the  
marina.
