Your family will love this 5 bedroom, 3 bath, beach house on stilts located on the channel in Cherry Grove that accommodates up to 14 people. 

The amenities in this well maintained vacation rental include 2 living rooms, a kitchen with full size appliances, microwave, dishwasher, tile floor and counters. A washer and dryer are provided for your use. On inclement days take advantage of the 2CCTV (2-52" flat screens), VCR and DVD to keep your family entertained. 

The gas grill and picnic table at Channel Cat are perfect for a family cookout. And the outside shower allows you to rinse off the sand after a busy beach day. On the channel side you will discover a large furnished porch that provides an excellent view of  the channel flowing into the salt marsh. Just follow the stairs down and cross the lawn to your own private sun deck that juts out over the channel.

Prices are set according to location of unit, unit condition, number of bedrooms, and amenities offered with unit. Rates are higher Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and special event weeks. 

13% tax, $2.00 per night resort fee and a non refundable processing fee 5% of rental amount, $25 minimum. (Subject to change)

One half of the base rental amount is due within 7 business days after booking reservation. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival date. Payment may be made with personal check, cashiers check, money order or MC or VISA.

A valid MC or VISA must be on reservation or a $500 cash security deposit is added to the rental amount. Deposit will be refunded 4-6 weeks after your departure date.

Confirmed reservations are not transferable. Confirmed reservations may be cancelled by written notice. Upon confirmation, the unit is off the market to anyone else; therefore, the advance deposit will be refunded only if the unit is re-rented at the full rental amount. All refunds are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Departure Maid Service is available upon request for 1-5 bedroom properties. If Departure Maid Service is not ordered there will be an Inspection Fee added to each reservation made: 1 bedroom $10; 2 bedrooms $20; 3-4 bedrooms $25 and 5 bedrooms $30. Departure Maid Service is required on all 6 bedroom or larger properties and is automatically added to rental amount.

Linen packages are available at a fee or $35 + tax per bed.

Bringing a pet will result in eviction with no monies refunded.
